Step 1: remove the watch from the box by unfolding the side flap.
Step 2: using a tool (such as the blunt edge of a knife) carefully remove the strap by pushing in the pin and edging the strap away from the lug. (Do this one side at a time).
Step 3: attach the new band by inserting the pin through the new band, engage the pin downwards and ease it into place before releasing it. The pin will click and remain fixed once it is in place.
