We purchase and import all of our products straight from the manufacturers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland and the watchmakers are known to us personally. If you prefer more traditional shopping, to complement our web boutique, we also have a high street store in Noosa, on Australia’s stunning Sunshine Coast where complete watch collections are on display and constantly updated with new releases to spoil you for choice.

All the watches we sell come with a minimum 2-year warranty and warranty and service works are conducted in our own Australian Service Centre thus giving you further peace of mind that your watch is dealt with on-shore under international manufacturers warranty to the according standards.

We are pleased to bring you the largest selection of independent German, Austrian and Swiss timepieces available in Australia, New Zealand and a range of international locations. Our collection includes over 15 brands and hundreds of stunning and unique timepieces to suit all tastes and budgets.

We endeavour to hold stock of every series watch on our website at any one time, so whatever you choose can usually be sent out straight away via overnight courier so you can wear it and enjoy it asap.  For items temporarily out of stock, orders can usually be filled within 2-3 weeks.  In the case of special or bespoke orders we work with you in collaboration with the watchmaker to ensure the project stays on track to deliver your dream watch in good time.

Each year we visit various watch fairs including the Baselworld Watch and Jewellery fair and we tour extensively throughout Germany, Austria and Switzerland sourcing exciting new brands and products to bring to you and add to our ever-changing catalogue.

Express Delivery within Australia

We want to get your order sent as quickly and safely as possible. As such, all orders placed with Define Watches are shipped with Team Global Express and are fully insured up to $50,000 for Team Global Express .

A flat delivery charge for Team Global Express  deliveries within Australia is $40.00. A discounted rate of $19.00 applies for smaller items (under 500gr) such as bands.

Please note: Team Global Express can only be used if the delivery address will be attended on the day of delivery, otherwise additional re-delivery charges may be incurred.

Team Global Express is usually a quicker option to most city areas but only if the delivery/work address will be attended and an authorized person is there to take delivery. If there is a chance no one will be there to collect the parcel, we recommend contact our team before placing your order.

Optional Additional Hand-to-Hand Secured Transit Service

A fully tracked and insured courier service is highly recommended for items valued between $10,000 – $100,000. Please inquire via email to [email protected]. Insured value up to $100,000. The cost for this premium delivery service is $900.

Higher insured values are available upon request.

Courier Delivery to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other international destinations

We’ve established a fast and reliable network of partners for our international shipping to ensure your order from gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

All orders sent from Define Watches internationally (New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and others) are shipped via FedEx Courier and are insured up to $60,000. A flat delivery charge of AUD $95.00 will apply for international orders. A discounted rate of AUD $55.00 applies for smaller items (under 500grms) such as bands.
