Express Delivery within Australia

We want to get your order sent as quickly and safely as possible. As such, all orders placed with Define Watches are shipped with Toll Priority and are fully insured up to $50,000 for Toll Priority.

A flat delivery charge for Toll deliveries within Australia is $40.00. A discounted rate of $19 applies for smaller items (under 500gr) such as bands.

Please note: Toll Priority can only be used if the delivery address will be attended on the day of delivery, otherwise additional re-delivery charges may be incurred.

Toll Priority is usually a quicker option to most city areas but only if the delivery/work address will be attended and an authorized person is there to take delivery. If there is a chance no one will be there to collect the parcel, we recommend contacting our team before placing your order.

Optional Additional Hand-to-Hand Secured Transit Service

A fully tracked and insured courier service is highly recommended for items valued between $10,000 – $100,000. Please inquire via email to [email protected]. Insured value up to $100,000. The cost for this premium delivery service is $900.

Higher insured values are available upon request.

Courier Delivery to New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other international destinations

We’ve established a fast and reliable network of partners for our international shipping to ensure your order from gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

All orders sent from Define Watches internationally (New Zealand, Hong Kong, Singapore, and others) are shipped via FedEx Courier and are insured up to $60,000. A flat delivery charge of AUD $95.00 will apply for international orders. A discounted rate of AUD $55 applies for smaller items (under 500grms) such as bands.
