Dornblüth & Sohn 99.1 Ceramic Green Dial

Description

Dornblüth & Sohn 99.1 Ceramic Green Dial

Dornblueth & Sohn’s timepieces are renowned for their classical appearance, precise, in-house movements, and exquisite craftsmanship. The calibre 99 collections epitomise these traits and presents various complications with Dornblueth’s DNA and signature finish.

The 99.1 forms part of the classic collection with centred hour & minute hand and an enlarged small second sub dial set at 6 o’clock. Whether you opt for a light or dark dial in a polished steel or massive rose gold case, with or without applied indices or bespoke finishes, you will be thrilled with the legibility and reliability of this calibre. An added highlight of this model is the upgrade to a striking forest-green, ceramic dial with a subtle translucence that lifts the dial and enhances the contrast against the luminous numerals/white hands.

The presentation of Dornblueth & Sohn’s classic 99.1 model in this striking upgraded finish offers enthusiasts of the brand an opportunity to further customise and individualise their look without excess or unnecessary complication. This piece takes a classic design and gives it a breath of fresh air… clean, forest air!

The Calibre • After some time, the two master watchmakers found that the calibre 99.0 with its small subsidiary second needed a somewhat more harmonic face. Different issues had been in consideration but increasing the size of the small “second” was the most appealing option. With the help of a long-standing friend of the family and many hours of refinement, the new face of Cal. 99.1 was born.
