Special features of the ceramic dial
Dornblüth & Sohn’s stunning ceramic dial material has undergone a special hardening process that facilitates elasticity, thus reducing the brittleness associated with similar looking dials made from enamel, making it practical to have the beauty of a fine dial finish without the fragility of a brittle material. In this way it possible to obtain a robust and colourfast surface onto which numerals and letters can be milled before being filled with either colour or luminous paint.
Further options include:
Surface finish • The ceramic dial surface, meticulously applied to a brass base, can be delivered with either a polished or matt finish depending upon your preference
Colour • While a white polished dial is always elegant and clean, there are many other colour options available • dial colours can be mixed to match almost any tone
Numerals • Available as milled and filled numerals or with an upgrade option of SuperLuminova filling for enhanced legibility
