This special, 10-piece limited edition fob watch is a reliable timekeeper set in a friendly, colourful and harmonious design, centred on the theme of peace.
The dial of this limited edition pocket watch is fashioned in Aleaxander Shorokhoff’s popular avant-garde style. The main element is the peace sign, which is positioned as the centrepiece and thus immediately conveys its intended message. The lines of the peace sign divide the dial into 4 coloured segments that inspire joy and collaboration.
The manufacture’s trademark – the large number 60 – is in its usual place to facilitate and guide timekeeping. The hour and minute hands are also designed in Shorokhoff’s signature shape and add whimsy to the overall design without compromising functionality. The blued surface of the hands, as well as the outer minute scale facilitate legibility via contrasting colourways. The small second display at 6 o’clock gives the watch even more precision and clarity.
The two words featured on the dial: “Alexander Shorokhoff” and “Peace”, in the area at 9 and 3 o’clock respectively, are exact font replicas of the original concept design, hand-drawn by Alexander Shorokhov. They do not follow a perfectly elaborated font style, but are artistically, free moving and organic to symbolise the important interaction of freedom with peace.
The heart of this special fob runs on a calibre 3105, based on the basic structure of the Swiss Valjoux movement 7734 without chono function, and is embellished with beautiful Geneva stripes to enhance its aesthetics.
The fob comes in a polished stainless steel case with a matching fob chain and is designed to spark warm conversation and draw admiring glances for it unique nature and positive message of hope throughout time.
