Service & Warranty Repair

Please be aware that due to our focus on mechanical watches we do not offer battery changes.

Due to changes in servicing and care agreement, warranty and service for the following brands must be sent directly to the manufacturers:

Circula                                 contact:

Fortis Watches                  contact:

To request a service or a warranty review on your timepiece please download/fill out our Service/Warranty Repair Form by following the links below.  The form is a PDF document which can be filled on-screen using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.

To keep the job flowing as quickly as possible, please fill out all mandatory fields (including the best return address and method) and print 2 copies.  Include ONE form per timepiece and keep the other copy for your records.

When sending watches, please do not send the original watch box. This only adds bulk and increases the cost of shipping.  If boxes or other items are sent, they will not be returned because the service centre has its own packaging system.

We recommend using  a 500g trackable Express Post satchel to get your watch to us at the address below. Just make sure you wrap the watch in enough bubble wrap (or similar) to protect it during transit.

Send to:

Define Watches Service Centre
Epworth Building Suite 423
33 Pirie Street
Adelaide SA 5000

We will respond within 24 hours to all inquiries.  lf you haven’t heard from us within 24 hours please check your spam/junk box or contact us.

For customers outside Australia and New Zealand

The following recommendations are for warranty and service shipments back to Define from countries other than Australia. These are recommendations to help expedite the job flow but please ensure to check with your local post service or courier to establish the exact shipment and customs requirements.

In general,

  • Ensure you fill out a “commercial invoice” as it is required by your post service or courier.
  • Declare the value considering that it is (in most cases) a used watch. Please contact us at if you have any questions or need further advice.
  • Clearly note, on the paperwork, that the watch is returning for “A warranty/service repair – free of charge – and will be returned to sender after the repair has been done!”

This is important to avoid confusion or unnecessary costs with customs.

If you have any queries please contact us prior to shipment via
