Service & Warranty Repair
To request a service or a warranty review on your timepiece please download our Service/Warranty Repair Form by following the link below and save it to your hard disk.
The form is a PDF document which can be filled on-screen using Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader.
Please fill out at least all mandatory fields (including the best return address and method) and print the form twice. Please include ONE copy per timepiece and keep a copy for your records.
Please send the watch & form only. Do not send original watch boxes as this adds cost and bulk to the delivery and they may become damaged during transit.
Please ensure your watch is well protected in bubble wrap or a smaller travel case so it is not damaged during shipping and send to:

For customers outside Australia
The following recommendations are for warranty and service shipments back to Define from countries other than Australia. These are recommendations to help expedite the job flow but please ensure to check with your local post service or courier to establish the exact shipment and customs requirements.
- Ensure you fill out a “commercial invoice” as it is required by your post service or courier.
- Declare the value considering that it is (in most cases) a used watch. Please contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or need further advice.
- Clearly note, on the paperwork, that the watch is returning for “A warranty/service repair – free of charge – and will be returned to sender after the repair has been done!”
This is important to avoid confusion or unnecessary costs with customs.
