Send it back
All we ask is that any products are returned within 5 working days, contained in their orginal packaging with original documentation and looked after as carefully as we send them out to you (see T&Cs). Just send the watch back to us and we’ll do the rest. We recommend that you return items using a recorded/trackable service that covers the value of the item. That way if anything happens to your return while it’s on its way to us you’ll be covered.
Finally, if you really, really don’t like your purchase and it’s a refund you’re after we’ll get this done quickly, once we receive your return. We’d love to hear from you again very soon though. As we are getting new models all the time, we’re sure we’ll have something perfect for you in the future.
