The Caliber • The caliber 99.0 is the variant on the movements of the 99-family, reduced to its essentials. As to craftsmanship, the same quality standards were kept for the three-hands movement with the small off-center second display as for the original Dornblüth movement, its big brother caliber 99.2.

Movement • Details of the movement Cal. 99.0: diameter: 37 mm • height: 4.4 mm • 18 rubies • power reserve 50 hours (+/-5%) • 18,000 semi-oscillations per hour • roségold plated three-quarter plate with yellow gold hand-graving of manufactory name and serial number • Geneva stripe finish • retracing ratchet • double sunburst finish on the crown wheels

With the help of a long-standing friend of the family the new face of Cal. 99.1 was born.

The Caliber • It was already when finalizing the development of the Caliber 99.2 that Dirk dreamt of integrating an additional complication – the date. Both masters knew that this would require some more time to develop. The Caliber 99.3 unites the large eccentric second of the Caliber 99.1, the 99.2 power reserve and the new idea of the date display.

The Dornblüth-team combined the interaction of the original eccentric hours and the inhouse development of the power reserve indicator with a center second and created a new design for the Regulator.
