"After purchasing a Dornbluth 99.1 as a dress watch, Peter knew I was also after a more casual watch. We had many discussions about what I was looking for – the "feel" and "style" of what I was looking for, not just the technical aspects. Peter fully understood my requirements and it wasn't too long before he was able to perfectly match them with the MeisterSinger AM911.

As I hadn't seen a single hand MeisterSinger watch in the metal, Peter was kind enough to send me the watch in advance to confirm it was exactly what I was looking for. I'm pretty sure Peter knew that I wouldn't be sending the watch back.

He managed the ordering process, manufacturing process (even managing to sneak my order up a few places in the queue so I got my watch months sooner) and delivery with absolute perfection.
